The 15th - annual Art Spectacular at the Carillon is held outdoors on the lawn of beautiful Washington Park in Springfield, IL, an art-loving community! This year will be under stringent Phase 4 COVID-19 requirements.  There won’t be the usual extra 'features' this year (demos, kids' art sale, youth art showcase, silent auction, basket raffle, musicians), we can feature 31 Artists who are excited about showcasing their talent and artwork - in a safe new 'pod' layout that will enable everyone to see every artist booth!   Please remember ... because of COVID-19 requirements, there will only be one entrance and it will be at the sidewalk from the Fayette parking lot, near the fountain.
